This is a known issue with the DB150. When operated as a booster only, it may randomly reverse the phase of the track output.
One solution is to energize the command station first, allow it to initialize the LocoNet throttle network first, then power up any auxiliary boosters. The DB150 is known to incorrectly sync to the RailSync signal and provide an out-0f-phase track signal. This causes issues between booster districts. Preventing it from powering up at the same time as the command station can eliminate this issue.
A common solution is the addition of a DPDT toggle switch to the track output of the booster, allowing any phase mismatch to be corrected by reversing the connections to the track.
