Draft Creation

| You are about to create a draft article, which will eventually replace the existing page of the same name.
This is used when an entire page re-write is taking place and you don't want to make changes to the current live version. When you create your draft, it won't be publicly viewable. When you are ready to move the existing non-draft version to Old:Pagename. Then rename the Draft version from Draft:Pagename to Pagename.
