Short answer: No
The WiFi device connected to an Arduino board has it's own uCPU that cannot reprogram the Arduino board. The Arduino board will be programmed using a USB connection.
Note: Some WiFi chips can update their own firmware/software from the internet, but it cannot update the Arduino board.
