Early versions of the Digitrax DCS100 had an issue with functions being reversed: Function Group 2 became Function Group 3 and vice versa.
This is a firmware issue, which could be corrected by returning the command station to Digitrax. Unfortunately, this is no longer an option as the DCS100 has reached End of Life status and parts for repair are no longer available.
Some multifunction decoders corrected this issue using a CV. Due to the age of the DCS100, more recent decoders probably don't offer this option.
