Summary: The DCS100 was the workhorse of the advanced Digitrax starter sets for almost two decades. Originally part of the Chief starter set (1996 – 2000), the Chief II (2000 – 2005) and its successor the Super Chief (2005 – 2009) and finally the Super Chief Xtra (2009 – 2016) sets.

History

The 5A DCS100 command station was in production from 1996 to 2016. It was superseded by the DCS210 in 2016.
