To determine the firmware version used by a NCE Cab06, follow this procedure:

  1. Power up the DCC system
  2. Unplug the Cab06 from the Cab Bus
  3. Reconnect to the CAB Bus while pressing the SELECT button
  4. Release the SELECT key
  5. Scroll through the settings menu using the ENTER key to display the version number
